St. Louis District Golf Association, formed on June 3, 1916, is the oldest golf association in St. Louis. The St. Louis District Golf Association was founded to provide an association of private golf clubs throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Today there are 25 member clubs.

The St. Louis District Golf Association (STLDGA) holds ten events a year under the direction of the Executive Director, Roy Wilson and Assistant Executive Director, Todd Burchyett, District Representatives and Volunteers from each member club. A variety of tournament formats are provided to have playing opportunities for its members at other member courses.
